Employment

Transform A Nation’s Supportive Employment program is designed to

help individuals living with mental illness gain a new level of

independence. Our Supported Employment Services focus on real work

experiences in Baltimore, Maryland. The Supportive Employment

program is created to identify and provide targeted job matching,

employment placement, and on-the-job training. Our team will assist each

individual in creating a job development plan based on their skills,

interests, and past employment experience. Our goal is to help

individuals find employment in areas such as: food service, customer service,

housekeeping, and maintenance just to name a few. Transform A Nation is committed to its mission to provide a holistic approach to meeting our

client’s needs, which includes assisting with navigating the human services system.
